Prior to joining Real Estate Capital Partners, Ms. Gross was the Vice President of Finance at Louis Dreyfus Property Group, where she was responsible for all financing activities of the company and managed the companys relationship with financial institutions and investors.
Previously, Ms. Gross established the real estate lending department of BHF-BANK, where she managed a diversified commercial real estate loan portfolio and acted as liaison between the US branch and the German investors and borrowers of the bank.
Ms. Gross earned an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University and a BA in Economics and German from Bucknell University.
