Mr. Stéphane Lebrun, CFA, is a Vice President of Investment Management & Partner at Letko, Brosseau & Associates, Inc. Mr. Lebrun has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, ranging from corporate finance to portfolio management.
He chairs the Investment Council, overseeing the company’s portfolio strategy and risk management for all assets.
He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Management Committee.
Prior to joining Letko Brosseau in 2000, he worked as a financial analyst at the Bank of Canada Pension Fund, in the treasury department of Avenor Inc. (now part of Resolute Forest Products Inc.), and at UBS Bunting Warburg Inc. in the research division, forest products sector.
He holds a master’s degree in finance (M.Sc.) from the University of Sherbrooke.
He is a CFA charterholder, and has the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting Credential.
He also completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
