Scott William McGough

Mr. Scott W.
McGough, CFA MBA, is a Regional Director at Glenmede Investment Management LP.
In this role, he leads Philadelphia's wealth management practice for high-net-worth individuals and families, including the development and management of personalized and comprehensive investment management advisory and planning services.
Additionally, he serves as a member of the Company's Investment Policy Committee and the Private Client Operating Committee.
Previously, he served as Glenmede's Director of Fixed Income.
He was responsible for managing tax-exempt and taxable fixed income, directing a team of traders, portfolio managers, credit analysts and risk strategy professionals.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McGough was a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager and Trader with General Accident Insurance, where he started his investment career.
In this role, he analyzed and traded various fixed income investments including U.S.
Treasuries.
agencies, corporate securities, municipals, non-rated securities and non-dollar denominated debt.
He received his Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science degree in business and German from Albright College.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Financial Planner designations and is a member of the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia and the CFA Institute.
