PGGM Vermogensbeheer BV (PGGM) is a non-profit cooperative pension administration organization headquartered in Zeist, Netherlands. The firm was founded as a foundation in 2008. They are a wholly-owned subsidiary of PGGM NV, itself a subsidiary of PGGM Coöperatie. PGGM supports several pension funds for employees in the healthcare and welfare sectors, provides them with asset management, management support and policy advice. PGGM is a socially responsible investor which invests in companies that respect environmental, social and governance factors.

AZL Vermogensbeheer BV (AZL) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of AZL NV, ultimately held by NN Group NV (AMS: NN) in The Netherlands. Founded in 1967, the firm is headquartered in Heerlen with additional offices in Utrecht and Antwerp. AZL provides administration, management advice and actuarial and communication advice for tens of pension funds with thousands of affiliated employers.
