Mr. Williams joined Halcyon in March of 2007.
Prior to joining Halcyon, from 2003-2007, Mr. Williams held the positions of Associate and Analyst in the Global Energy Investment Banking group at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. From 2001 to 2002, he worked at Enron and UBS Warburg Energy as a Trading Analyst responsible for fundamental analysis of the domestic natural gas and power markets.
Mr. Williams received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001.
