Rolando Macasaet

Rolando Ledesma Macasaet is currently serving as the Vice Chairman of the Social Security Commission.
He is also a Director at Manila Hotel Corp., Philippine Crop Insurance Corp., and Trans Aire Development Holdings Corp.
In the past, he held the position of President & Chief Executive Officer at Tierra Factors Corp.
and Dasmarinas Industrial Steel Corp.
He also served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of the Social Security System from 2023 to 2024.
Additionally, he has held positions such as Vice Chairman & President at Philippine National Construction Corp., Skyway Corp., Inc., and Philippine Postal Savings Bank, Inc. He was a Non-Executive Director at San Miguel Food & Beverage, Inc. from 2016 to 2018.
Furthermore, he has served as a Director at Philex Mining Corp., Philippine Commercial International Bank, Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc., Bank of Commerce (Philippines), Private Infra Development Corp., Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, San Miguel Corp., PLDT, Inc., and Union Bank of the Philippines.

Mr. Macasaet pursued his undergraduate studies and obtained an MBA from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
