Dr. Bryant had been Vice President of Discovery Research for Original Redpoint since April 2004.
He has more than 20 years of industrial experience.
Dr. Bryant worked at Schering Plough Pharmaceuticals from March 1983 to December 2003.
He served as an Associate Professor of Biochemistry at the George Washington University Medical School.
Dr. Bryant obtained a postdoctoral fellowship in natural product biosynthesis at the University of Pittsburgh.
He received a PhD in Biochemistry from Florida State University and a BS degree in Polymer Chemistry from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse University.
