Robby Bourgeois

Robby Bourgeois is a Partner of Varagon and serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer.
Robby joined Varagon from Sixth Street Partners (“Sixth Street”) (formerly TPG Sixth Street Partners, the credit investing platform of TPG).
Robby held multiple roles at Sixth Street, most recently serving as Vice President & Controller over its actively-managed credit funds and Sixth Street Specialty Lending, a publicly-traded business development company.
Prior to Sixth Street, Robby was responsible for the accounting and back office operations for private equity funds of TPG Capital.
Robby began his career at Ernst & Young in the Assurance & Advisory practices.
He earned a B.B.A.
in Accounting & Finance from Texas Christian University.
