Farley, CFA, is a Director-Institutional Services at Wolfe Trahan & Co. Prior to joining Wolfe Trahan & Co., he was Vice President in Equity Research, at Bear Stearns focusing on the Trucking and Airfreight & Logistics sub–sectors.
Before Bear Stearns, he worked in industry as a Flight Test Engineer at Pratt & Whitney (United Technologies).
He was responsible for the assembly, instrumentation, and testing of several commercial and military engine validation programs, interacting extensively with Boeing, Airbus, NASA, the USAF, and various aircraft suppliers to complete flight programs.
Mr. Farley graduated with high honors with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University where he also played on the Water Polo team and created an online bookstore startup.
He is a CFA charterholder, and resides in Connecticut with his wife.
