Richard McLean

Richard McLean has been Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of KGen Power Corp.
since December 4, 2006.
He joined KGen Partners LLC in September 2004 as Treasurer.
Mr. McLean was Managing Director in ABN Amro's Energy and Power Group from 2001 to 2004.
He worked at Bank of America's Energy and Power group advising and arranging project financings and M&A transactions from 1996 to 2001.
Prior to 1996, Mr. McLean held various financial positions at Conoco, Inc. He received a BA in Administration and an MBA from Sam Houston State University.
