Richard A. Serko

Mr. Richard A. Serko is Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President at Wharton Equity Partners LLC since 2006.
Mr. Serko has extensive experience with diverse asset classes and property types, and his activities have included development, acquisitions, dispositions and property management.
He was previously employed as Senior Transaction Manager at CB Richard Ellis.
Befor that he was a Principal at The DeMatteis Organizations.
Prior to that he was a Vice President at CB Richard Ellis, Inc. He also served on the board at Unilever Bestfoods North America and GAF Corp.
Mr. Serko received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College, with Dean’s List distinction, and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Benjamin N.
Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University.
