Profile
Ms. Kloeppinger-Todd currently serves as Senior Advisor for Rural Finance at the World Bank.
She has broad international experience in development finance including: venture capital and private equity funds, investment banking, commercial banking, leveraged financing, rural finance and microfinance.
She has been a project manager for numerous international projects of technical and financial assistance in the areas of financial systems development, SME development and investment.
Ms. Kloeppinger-Todd’s work has also included the development of methodologies for business, marketing, financial plans for private and public sector activities and enterprises, feasibility studies for SME, privatization and financial sector projects; design of bank advising programs including credit line management; as well as monitoring and evaluation of international projects and programs.
Prior to joining the MicroVest Advisory Council in October 2009, Ms. Kloepping-Todd served on the investment committee of MicroVest I, LP from 2004 to 2009.
Ms. Kloeppinger-Todd holds an MBA in International Finance from UCLA and an MA in Education and Psychology from Goethe-Universität Frankfurt (Germany).
She also speaks German, English, and French.
