Praveen is a member of the Actis Indian Real Estate investment team, joining the firm in 2018 when Actis’ acquired Principal Finance Real Estate group (PFRE) from Standard Chartered Bank.
Praveen’s primary responsibilities include investment origination, evaluation and asset management in the region.
He was a founding member of the Indian investment team at PFRE in 2010 and in total Praveen has over 15 years of experience in the Indian Real Estate industry, having worked with Tishman Speyer India, TCG-Vornado India Property Fund, Ascendas India and Global Realty Outsourcing Private Limited.
As a graduate in Commerce from the University of Madras, Praveen has also completed the intermediate course in Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
