Prior to joining HT Capital Advisors, Mr. de la Chapelle was Senior Vice President of Warnaco, Inc., a multibillion dollar international apparel company responsible for the legal and human resources departments and streamlining the company's European activities.
At HT Capital, he concentrates on business development of U.S.
and offshore corporate finance opportunities.
Previously, he was U.S.
and International Counsel for W.
R.
Grace & Co.; in 1977, he was recruited to be Assistant General Counsel for Norton Simon.
Fluent in French and Spanish, in 1981, he was appointed Director-International for Warner Communications where he designed and directed a worldwide program to streamline the company's infrastructure for 120 subsidiaries in 73 countries.
Thereafter, he was appointed Senior Vice President & General Counsel for Mastercard International, participating in that company's international expansion.
Mr. de la Chapelle graduated from the Lycee Francais and Columbia College in New York and received a J.D.
from Georgetown Law School.
