Dr. Phil E.
Gibbs is Co-Founder at Evergreen Investments & Management LLC.
Prior to co-founding Evergreen Investments & Management in 1997, Dr. Gibbs was the President and Chief Executive Officer at Encore Interactive Solutions, Inc. from 2002 to 2006.
He was the President, Chairman, Founder, and Chief Executive Officer of Executive Learning, Inc. from 1984 to 2001.
Prior to Executive Learning, he held positions with Union Carbide, Martin Marietta, and a training firm.
Dr. Gibbs holds a Ph.D.
from The Ohio State University.
He holds an M.A. in Speech Communication from the Auburn University in 1974 and a B.A. in Speech with Psychology as minor from the Lipscomb University in 1970.
