Profile

From 1988 to 1992, Mr. Bloch was an Investment Officer at the World Bank's Investment Department and was responsible for the research, implementation and trading of the models-based account.
He also designed and developed the performance measurement and benchmark systems of the active portfolio of the World Bank.
From 1986 to 1988, he worked as Information management specialist at the French Embassy's Commercial Office in Washington.
Mr. Bloch holds an M.B.A. from George Washington University and M.S.
degree in Engineering and Technologies from l'Ecole des Arts-et-Métiers in Paris, France.
