Nicholas V. Colonna

Mr. Nicholas V.
Colonna co-founded Pacific Coast Capital Partners, LLC, (PCCP) a full service real estate investment firm and lender in 1998.
Prior to forming PCCP, he was a senior vice president at Wells Fargo Bank and a principal in the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group.
From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Colonna originated more than $850 million in bridge loans, $200 million in mezzanine loans, and more than $150 million in equity investments in real estate opportunity funds.
He managed Wells Fargo’s equity investments in the Lone Star Opportunity Fund and in Capital Trust, a publicly held mezzanine finance lender.
Before joining the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group, Mr. Colonna served as principal in Wells Fargo's Managed Assets Group, where he was responsible for restructuring more than $1 billion in problem loans in the early 1990s.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 1988, he originated real estate loans as a loan officer for Union Bank.
Mr. Colonna graduated from the University of Southern California in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Real Estate Finance.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation.
