Neera is a Principal at Primary, where she focuses on consumer and marketplace opportunities.
Prior to joining Primary, Neera was a Product leader at Instacart, where she launched new categories and scaled them to billions in gross revenue.
She started her career as a private equity consultant at Bain & Company, then caught the Product bug while working on tech incubations for the city of New York.
Neera's approach to investing is informed by this wide range of experiences — she knows what it takes to build 0-to-1, scale 10x, and lead mature organizations.
She's passionate about supporting early-stage founders and helping them chart their own long-term journeys.
Outside of work, you can find her taking advantage of NYC's concert scene, enjoying its parks, and nerding out on urban planning.
