Dr. Neal Naimer is an Advisor at 21Ventures LLC.
He is on the Board of Directors at ETV Motors Ltd. From 2005 to 2007, Dr. Naimer was the President of the Power Sources Division at Arotech Corporation.
He was their Chief Technology Officer from 2002, Vice President from 1997 and from 1990 he was their Director of Electrode Engineering.
From 1987 to 1989, he was the Manager of Chemical Vapor Deposition (Thin Films) at Intel Electronics in Jerusalem, and was Project Manager of photovoltaic IR detector development at Tadiran Semiconductor Devices in Jerusalem from 1984 to 1987.
Prior to that he was engaged in GaAs microwave device development at, GEC Hirst Research in the UK.
Dr. Naimer was educated at University College of London, England, where he received his B.Sc.
in Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D.
in Chemical Engineering.
