Quest invests in both private and public equity throughout Europe, with a focus on the ICT and life sciences sectors. They favor countries including Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK and Germany. Their investment vehicle Quest for Growth is managed as a cross-over fund targeting late-stage unlisted companies as well as small- to mid-cap listed equity. Part of their assets is invested indirectly in venture and private equity funds. Quest follows a hands-off, growth-oriented investment approach which can be contrarian at times, and is driven by in-house fundamental research. They target companies with high-growth potential across a broad range of industrial sectors including biotechnology, healthcare, semiconductors, telecommunications, software, electronics, information technology and new materials.
