Mike Chinn joined Endicott Group as a Partner in 2019 with over 25 years of experience in the information services sector.
He began his career as an analyst at SNL Financial and rose to lead the company as President in 2000 and then CEO in 2008.
Mike led SNL through successive phases of rapid growth, scale, and global expansion.
After completing a recapitalization transaction with New Mountain Capital in 2011, SNL doubled revenue to almost $300M in four years through strong organic growth and several acquisitions.
In 2015, SNL was sold to S&P Global for $2.2B, and Mike was named President of the $1.8B revenue Market Intelligence division where he and the leadership team significantly improved organic revenue growth and profitability.
Mike graduated from University of Virginia with a B.A. in Economics and History.
