Michelle Rae Pinzon

Ms. Michelle R.
Pinzon began her career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP in the banking and structured finance departments.
Most recently, Ms. Pinzon served as counsel at Moomjian, Waite & Coleman, LLP, where she practiced in the areas of corporate and securities law, including private equity fund formation, finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation and corporate governance.
She has also clerked for the Honorable Joanna Seybert of the United States District Court in the Eastern District of New York.
Ms. Pinzon graduated cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law, ranking in the top 5% of her graduating class.
While at St. John’s, she served as a member and editor of the St. John’s Law Review.
She holds a B.F.A. degree from New York University and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York as well as the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
