Prior to joining EBSCO Capital, Mr. Humber was a Principal at Redmont Capital, an investment firm focused on preferred equity and mezzanine transactions in the middle market.
As a C.P.A. formerly with PricewaterhouseCoopers, he worked in the Financial Advisory Services division conducting securities litigation valuations, fraud investigations, and environmental damage calculations.
He is also a certified public accountant in the state of Alabama.
Mr. Humber educational background includes a dual degree B.S.M.
in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Tulane University and a M.B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University.
