Michael Hornig

Mr. Michael Hornig is Chief Financial Officer at Edgewater Growth Capital Partners.
Prior to joining Edgewater, he was a Managing Director at Bank of America.
As a member of Principal Investing, the private equity arm of the bank, he was the head of the Partnership Plan Administration group that structured and administered the investment and co-investment partnerships of the private equity business.
While at Bank of America and it’s predecessor, Continental Bank, he also held a variety of positions within the Finance department.
Mr. Horing is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from DePaul University and a BS in Finance and Accounting, also from DePaul University.
