In his past career Mr. Dunn held the position of President & Chief Executive Officer of PacifiCorp Energy, Inc., President & Executive Vice President at Dominion Energy Questar Pipeline LLC, President at Kern River Gas Transmission Co., President of Berkshire Hathaway Energy Co., Director at Williams Partners LP and Executive Vice President of Dominion Energy Questar Corp. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma.
