Prior to joining Hatteras Capital Investment Management, Mr. Lesesky was an Associate with PCG Capital Partners, a private equity firm in La Jolla, CA, where he was involved in the sourcing, evaluation, execution and monitoring of growth equity transactions in a variety of industries.
Before joining PCG Capital Partners, he was an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions group in the Investment Banking division of Citigroup Global Markets in New York.
Prior to Citigroup, he was an Associate at Fusion Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund, and an Analyst at Andersen Consulting, a technology and strategy consulting firm.
Mr. Lesesky received his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Master's of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
