Mark joined Arctaris in 2021 and serves as the Chief Financial Officer.
He is responsible for helping manage the financial oversight of the Arctaris Funds and related co-investment vehicles and helping develop processes and procedures for the finance team.
Prior to joining Arctaris, Mark was the Co-Chief Financial Officer at Thomas H.
Lee Partners, where he focused on fund accounting, tax preparation and assisting with fundraising, compliance reporting, and deal structuring process.
Prior to Thomas H.
Lee Partners, Mark was the Controller at Bingham Legg Advisors, LLC, where he was responsible for all financial reporting and tax preparation, and worked closely on the acquisition of the company by Wilmington Trust Company.
Mark holds a BA in Russian Studies from Colgate University and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Hartford Barney School of Business.
He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
In his free time, Mark enjoys traveling, hiking,and spending time with his family.
