Margaret Z.
Couch has been Chief Integration Officer of Alamosa Holdings, Inc. since November 2003.
She was Chief Marketing Officer of Alamosa from May 2001 to November 2003 and has been with Alamosa since 1999 in various capacities.
From February to May 2001 she was Senior Vice President, South Central Region and from January 2000 to January 2001 she was General Manager and Vice President for the Great Plains and Northwest Regions.
In January 1999, she started as General Manager for the West Texas Region.
In 1987, she founded Performance Associates, Inc., a human resources and sales training consulting firm, and in 1996 she founded CK BusinesSense, Inc., which expanded the services provided by Performance Associates to include management consulting and assisting organizations in generating greater profitability.
She has more than twenty years of management and leadership experience as a management consultant and trainer.
She has worked with a vast array of clients, including communications, manufacturing, health care and financial companies as well as government, education and non-profit entities.
