Luis Delgado Sancho

Mr. Luis Delgado Sancho is Head-Sustainable Production & Consumption Unit at European Commission Joint Research Centre.
He was previously employed as Head of the European Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Bureau and responsible for the activities of the Institute for Prospective Technological Studies regarding techno-economic analysis on sustainable production and consumption, clean technologies, waste policy, product policy, sustainable use of resources and the interrelations between technological change, scientific developments, environment, the economy and policy approaches within the JRC.
Mr. Delgado Sancho holds a MEngSC in Agricultural Engineering, specializing in rural engineering and an MSc in Economics from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
