Armitage, CFA, is Co-Founder & Senior Managing Director at Relativity Capital LLC.
Prior to co-founding Relativity Capital in 2006, she was a Partner and Managing Director with The Carlyle Group, where she joined as an Analyst.
During her fifteen year tenure at Carlyle, she was a key member of Carlyle’s preeminent aerospace and defense industry group, played a critical role in Carlyle’s first major international expansion--the formation of Carlyle Europe Partners, established and led the automotive investment group and served on the firm’s US Buyout Investment Committee.
Ms. Armitage earned a BS in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate, from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
She also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
