They take minority and majority stakes in their investee companies, targeting companies with an outstanding and committed management team, a demonstrated track record of success, a sound business plan, a credible development and growth strategy and a product/service with a competitive advantage. Euroventures partners with investee company management, aiming to add value by providing guidance and making introductions to support their business development. They monitor performance and hold management accountable through their participation on the board of directors, typically assisting with their strategy, human resources development, financial and transactional support and exit preparation. The firm generally exits an investment in three to five years, generally via a trade sale or IPO.
