Lana Brandão serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Valor Capital Group, where her focus is on providing support to both internal and portfolio companies.
Lana holds an MBA degree from INSEAD (Class of 2017D, Singapore and France), a specialization degree in Hospital Psychology from USP- Hospital das Clínicas, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UNESP.
With a wealth of experience spanning 12 years in the fields of People and Management, Lana has worked across various segments, including industry, healthcare, and financial markets.
Her professional journey has taken her from large global conglomerates to Brazilian startups, covering a spectrum from strategy to operations.
She has encountered diverse business challenges, including turnarounds and periods of hyper-growth, during her tenure with companies like Votorantim Industrial, Votorantim Cimentos, Johnson & Johnson, XP Inc., and Saúde iD.
Lana lives in São Paulo, her place of origin.
She is passionate about scuba diving and traveling.
