Ltd. and a Member at The Chartered Institute of Marketing Sri Lanka.
He is on the Board of Directors at Lanka Hospitals Corp.
Plc and Melsta Regal Finance Ltd. Mr. Bernard counts over 30 years in the corporate, not for profit and public sectors with wide ranging experience covering a broad spectrum of industries at senior management and CEO level with local as well as international companies and agencies.
An accountant by profession he received his initial training at Ernst & Young and thereafter functioned in senior management, CFO and CEO roles of several local as well as international organizations in commodity trading, telecom, apparel, media, construction, finance, technology transfer etc.
In management consulting practice, he consulted for leading companies in the telecom, financial, construction, pharmaceutical and transportation industries.
Mr. Keith Bernard also functioned as the Working Director of the Road Development Authority of the Highways Ministry.
Mr. Bernard received his graduate degree from the University of Colombo and an MBA from The Robert Gordon University.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds a Diploma in Marketing.
