Karla Calderon is an accountant by training and an entrepreneur at heart.
As the founder of her own consulting company, Karla has spent the last 10 years helping emerging companies scale their accounting and finance functions.
In this capacity, she focused on strengthening the integrity of accounting systems, processes and structures that allowed her clients to meet their operational objectives and strategic potential.
After working with Rallyday Partners as a client, Karla was inspired to join the team as Rallyday continues to strengthen its investment, portfolio management, investor relations and internal accounting and finance activities.
As a first-generation immigrant from Ecuador, Karla was the first person in her family to complete a college education and is inspired to support the growth of individuals and organizations.
