In 2004, Mr. Faggioli joined the Board of Directors of Niman Ranch, Inc., one of the leaders in the natural beef, pork and lamb industry.
In 2006, the Board of Directors asked he to step in as CEO to improve the company’s performance.
He still serves on the board of directors.
From 1995 to 2001, Mr. Faggioli was Executive Vice President/Secretary/COO/Co-General Manager of Ravenswood Winery.
He was part of a management team that guided the company through: profitable annual growth in excess of 25% per year, an IPO, and the sale of the company to Constellation Brands in 2001.
In 1983, he joined E.
D.
Bullard Company as Executive Vice President this privately owned manufacturer of safety and personal protective products.
He worked with the President to turn the company around.
Today it is a growing, profitable company with a highly motivated management team and workforce.
Mr. Faggioli holds a BS and MS from Stanford University and a MBA from Harvard University.
