Mr. Joseph Wahba is a Client Portfolio Manager at Sustainable Growth Advisers LP.
He joined SGA in July 2024.
He is responsible for developing relationships with institutional clients and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in Australia and Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining SGA, he spent 24 years at AustralianSuper, the largest pension fund in Australia.
During this time, he managed a wide variety of multi-manager portfolios covering different asset classes, including hedge funds, fixed income, domestic equities, global equities and emerging markets.
He spent the last ten years as Head of Manager Research, where he was responsible for domestic and global equity portfolios which grew to over $40 billion USD in size.
He has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree majoring in Mathematics and has also completed a Master of Applied Finance.
