Sullivan is a Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets at The Oak Ridge Financial Services Group, Inc. He is also a finance Executive of the firm and has over 25 years of research and investment banking experience.
Prior to joining Oak Ridge Financial in February 2018, Mr. Sullivan lead the Corporate Finance and Investment Banking team at Dougherty & Company.
He also worked for several years as a Research Analyst at Craig-Hallum, Dougherty & Company and Feltl & Company.
His areas of coverage and prior financial transactions have encompassed a broad range of industries , with the primary focus on emerging growth companies.
Mr. Sullivan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Finance from St. John's University and holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.
