Joseph Mizrachi

Joseph Mizrachi has been a Director of Tarrant Apparel Group since June 2001 and Chairman of Midwest Properties Management, Inc. since 1980.
Since 1982, Mr. Mizrachi has been engaged in capital funding to finance buyouts of small and medium size companies.
He was a Director of American Realty Investors, Inc. and a Director and a Member of the Loan Committee for Heritage Bank.
Mr. Mizrachi became a Member of the American Society of Chartered Life Underwriter in 1973 and a Chartered Financial Consultant in 1982.
He received an undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science in 1968 and an MBA degree in Finance and Marketing in 1971 from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Financial Counseling from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania in 1978.
