The Employers' Federation of Ceylon (EFC), established in 1929, is Sri Lanka’s national employers’ organization representing over 700 members across 21 industries and advocating for more than 800,000 employees. The private company is based in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka. It serves as a voice for business on employment law, industrial relations, and labor policy, promoting social harmony through productive employment and cooperation among employers, workers, and government. EFC offers services including advisory support, industrial relations assistance, specialized HR and legal consultancy, training and certification programs, and plantation sector services tailored to regional plantation companies managing tea, rubber, coconut, and other crops.
