Joon-Ho Lee

Mr. Joon-Ho Lee is a Research Analyst at Merrill Lynch International Inc. He is a Director in Equity Research and APAC coordinator of Electric Vehicle Battery Thematic Research as well as a sector leader for Asia-Pacific Chemical & Refining in Asia Energy Research team.
He coordinates on EV batteries, battery components and lightweight materials and thematic research with the corresponding global research teams – namely commodity and metals/mining, auto and thematic investing.
In addition, he covers Asia-Pacific Chemicals and Refining stocks in Korea, Malaysia, Greater China and Japan.
Previously, he worked at Goldman Sachs as a member of the Pan-Asia Energy & Chemicals research team for three years.
Prior to that, he served in the Republic of Korea Navy as an intelligence officer for three-and-a-half years.
Mr. Lee received his Masters in Finance from the London Business School and his BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
