Jonathan Ende

Jonathan has over 22 years experience in finance specializing in niche lending strategies, structured finance and innovative investment solutions.
Recently, he successfully built and sold an online consumer lending platform called BorrowersFirst.
Prior to that Jonathan rans his own banking firm Ende Capital Inc. which created over $3.0 billion of tailor-made structured lending products.
Before Ende Capital, he was at Lehman Brothers where he built their Private Convertible business (PIPEs) and their US Fund-Linked Structured Products desk.
Before Lehman, Jonathan was the Managing Member and Co-founder of NetCentric Partners where he managed several technology venture capital investments.
Prior to Netcentric he was a Managing Director in Equity Derivatives at Bear Stearns and a Vice President at Bankers Trust.
He started out his career in Fixed Income Capital Markets at Salomon Brothers.
Jonathan is also the Founder and Organizer of TEDxWallStreet which is a TED licensed, not-for-profit platform that he created so the biggest thought leaders in our society and economy can share multidisciplinary world changing ideas with the global finance community.
TEDxWallStreet has held conferences at the NYSE in 2012 and 2013 each featuring over 350 attendees and including speakers such as Stan Druckenmiller, Jim Cramer, Michelle Rhee and Bob Woodruff.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Duke University and is a CFA charter holder.
