Colorado PERA’s trust funds are invested under the direction of a board of trustees. Their investment strategy uses actuarially established asset allocation investment objectives with long-term goals and policies. Assets are diversified into domestic and international stocks, corporate, government, and international bonds, mortgages, real estate and alternative investments. The targeted strategic asset allocation is designed to provide an optimal diversification to reduce risk and maximize total rate of return relative to risk. Many of the firm’s actively managed portfolios are managed by outside sub-advisors.

Hall Capital maintains a long-term investment horizon and invests their clients’ funds globally. The firm incorporates authentic diversification across drivers of value within fixed income, equities, hedge funds, private equity, and real assets.

SVB Capital invests in companies located across the globe. The firm focuses on the technology and life science sectors. It provides financing in the form of equity and debt for early and later stage capital requirements. It also makes co investments.
