In addition to his role with The University Funds, Mr. Torina co-founded Talyst, Inc. in 2002 and currently serves as Chairman.
He worked at the U.S.
Marines, Moore Business Systems Australia Ltd., Weyerhaeuser Co., and Seafirst Bank.
He was President of the Achievement Club at Moore and James E.
Torina Fine Homes.
He has experience in management, negotiation, and business planning.
Mr. Torina received a BA degree in Business Administration from Washington State University.
Since 2007, he has served on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the Washington State University School of Pharmacy, as well as on the Advisory Board for its School of Business Entrepreneurship program.
