Jerry Serowik

Mr. Jerry Serowik is a Senior Managing Director & Head of Capital Markets at Cohen & Company Securities LLC.
He brings over 20 years of investment banking and capital markets experience.
He leads all aspects of the firm's capital raising efforts, including SPAC IPOs, PIPEs, private capital markets and partners with the coverage teams on SPAC advisory.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Serowik was the Head of SPACs and a senior member of the equity syndicate desk at Wells Fargo Securities, where he spent 11 years.
He led all aspects of the SPAC business at Wells Fargo, including origination and execution of SPAC IPOs, advising SPACs and targets as part of the business combination process and managed the PIPE business.
In his role on the equity syndicate desk, he has led hundreds of capital raises in the public and private markets.
Prior to the roles at Wells Fargo, he started his career in Equity Capital Markets at Bear Stearns and held a senior role in the equity capital markets group at Dahlman Rose.
He has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Columbia University.
