Prior to his affiliation with Arthur Ventures, Mr. Fellman was an original partner in Advenio Partners, which was co-founded by James Burgum.
He has stayed on during the transition to a full-fledged venture capital firm and continues to operate independently with clients in the region on finding new international market opportunities.
His emphasis is on mainland China and Asia and he is responsible for international business development, organizational development and international partner management.
Prior to working at Arthur Ventures, he worked in business development at Daimler-Chrysler in Beijing, China.
At Daimler-Chrysler, he focused on market research and competitive analysis.
Before working at Daimler Chrysler,
Mr. Fellman studied Mandarin Chinese at the Beijing Institute of Economic Management (BIEM) in Beijing, China for over a year.
He has over four year’s experience of living and working in China and he speaks fluent Mandarin.
He obtained a degree in Economics with an emphasis on Asian Studies from St. Johns University.
