Prior to joining Cross Current Research, Dr. Green has worked in-house as the senior communications executive and member of the executive management team in companies with pioneering and controversial technology platforms such as anti-sense (Isis Pharmaceuticals), microfluidics (Caliper Technologies), kinase-based drug discovery (Exelixis) toll-like receptor immune modulators (Dynavax), and Hsp90 inhibitors (Kosan).
Both in-house and as a communication consultant, she has provided intelligent, rigorous and effective communication on behalf of companies undergoing transformational events including clinical, regulatory or commercial successes or setbacks, product launches and withdrawals, financing in optimal as well as distressed circumstances, mergers, acquisitions and major corporate transactions, securities and patent litigation, management turnover; corporate restructuring and corporate re-branding and identity management.
Jane is well-known and respected throughout the life sciences industry and within the healthcare investing and equity research communities.
Dr. Green received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a doctorate degree from SUNY Buffalo.
