Mr. Jan Sorhaug is Partner at Blair Franklin Capital Partners, Inc. He joined the firm in 2013 has 15 years of investment banking experience.
From 1998 to 2012, Jan was in the Investment Banking Division at RBC Capital Markets, most recently as Managing Director in the Communications, Media and Technology Group.
He was responsible for successfully executing approximately 150 transactions and engagements for clients in Canada, the United States and internationally with a total transaction value of approximately $150 billion in the areas of M&A advisory, equity, debt and credit financings.
Mr. Sorhaug holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario.
