Jan Köhler

Mr. Jan Köhler is a Researcher at ZEW-Leibniz-Zentrum für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung.
He joined ZEW’s Research Group “Health Care Markets and Health Policy” as a researcher in March 2022.
After his bachelor’s degree in economics with a stay abroad at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in the US, he studied in the master's programme “Economics and Finance” at the Eberhard-Karls University of Tübingen with a focus on statistics and econometrics.
In his Master’s thesis, he dealt with the identification of determinants of individual health care expenditure for chronic diseases.
