Mr. Jim R.
Goldman, CPA, is Vice Chairman & Chief Investment Officer at Green Courte Partners LLC and a Principal at GCP Fund II REIT LLC.
Prior to joining Green Court Capital in June 2003, he was a Managing Director with J.R.
Goldman & Co from 2002 to 2003.
Before that, he was a Managing Director of Mercury Partners LLC from 2000 to 2001.
Prior to joining Mercury Partners, he was a Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group of PaineWebber Incorporated from 1998 to 2000.
Before PaineWebber, he was an Associate and Vice President with Alex Brown & Sons Incorporated.
Mr. Goldman has participated as a senior investment banker in all aspects of public offerings for public real estate investment trusts.
In addition, he has served as the principal advisor on a wide variety of REIT mergers and acquisitions and other advisory assignments.
Prior to commencing his career as an investment banker, Mr. Goldman had worked as a corporate & securities/business tax attorney with Piper & Marbury LLP and as an accountant with Ernst & Whinney LLP.
He is a licensed attorney in the State of Maryland and a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Goldman holds a BS/BA from Old Dominion University and a JD from the College of William and Mary.
