Dr. Borowitz was the CEO of the Phoenix Insurance Group in Israel and served as the Chairman of the Israeli Insurance Association.
Dr. Borowitz is a member of the Board of Governors of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a member of its Executive Committee and its Endowments and the Investment Committee.
Dr. Borowitz also serves as Chairman of Yissum, the Technology Transfer Company of the university.
